Protect your home from dangerous power surges with Eaton Cutler-Hammer 30/30 amp one-inch duplex type BD Circuit Breaker! It is also known as a tandem or circuit-limiting breaker. A circuit breaker protects the wires in your home from overheating (referred to as an overload) and fault currents (referred to as short circuits). This breaker style will only fit into load center bus stabs that are notched to accommodate the rejection clip built into the bus bar contact on the breaker. The code requirement of this Tandem 2 pole circuit breaker limits the number of breakers that can be installed into a load center. It's also a twin 30/30, which means it has two separate circuits and two separate outlets for safety! Eaton Cutler-Hammer circuit breaker is designed to work with notched bus bars and has a 1-inch format. This HACR-rated tandem circuit breaker will prevent your devices from fires and electrical shocks.
